⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at JetBlackTint thanks to Marwen. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain all of my tint options without making me feel rushed. He answered every question I had and made the entire process easy from start to finish. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. The finished tint came out perfect and completely changed the look of my car. The installation was clean, precise, and exceeded my expectations. If you’re thinking about getting your windows tinted, I highly recommend asking for Marwen at JetBlackTint. You won’t be disappointed!

Horrible install, huge gaps at the top of driver and passenger windows and horrible attempt at matching the existing tints. Went back to fix the issue, and they reinstalled with the same amateur issues - massive gap, jagged edges, and mismatched tints. Contacted service for a refund, never heard back. Save yourself the time and money and choose a different shop for your tint. I’ve had a number of tints over the years and was unaware that such terrible installs were even possible. Won’t ever return to Jet Black tint, this location or otherwise.

Terrible job and customer service. Disappointed because I have used this company before without issue. Brought my car in for a sunroof tint. Was quoted 30min to finish the job. After an 1hr 30min, the manager took me to my car and started asking me to come back another day because the job was not done correctly. He admitted it was poorly done and needed to be corrected by someone else who was more experienced and would be in on a different day. If you knew the person working couldn’t do the job, why not tell the customer to come another day instead of making them wait and having someone who is inexperienced make an attempt. I was annoyed that I had to come back but I understand things happen. After looking at the car, not only was this simple job done horrendously but there was damage to my car. First, the tint was cut jagged in multiple areas and there was obvious overhang where there was way too much leftover film. Second, there are multiple long razor blade cuts all the way down the frame of the window. The frame is black and now there are multiple long, silver scratches in the metal. These long knife cuts were completely avoidable. Whoever was working on my car was clearly
